The Shimmering Mermaid Twirl & Dance Wand is constructed from a semi-flexible satin-covered handle and contains 2 long satin ribbons. One rainbow scales-decorated ribbon, and one plain ribbon so you can twirl around you! It features a swivel joint at the head so that the ribbons can twirl effortlessly without getting tangled and a small bell so you can dance in time to the jingle.
